COVID-19 Considerations

We want to make sure the Kentuckiana GI Joe Toy Expo is both a fun and a safe event for all attendees.  With that in mind we will be following updates from the State of Kentucky for recommendations and requirements for the show.  

We will be implementing the following procedures for the show and will add additional steps as recommended by Kentucky state health experts.

• Promote social distancing.

 

• Limit persons, not including employees, present in any event space to 50% of the maximum permitted occupancy capacity.

 

• Encourage employees, volunteers and attendees to frequently wash their hands and/or use hand sanitizer. ( We will have hand sanitizer available)

 

• Require contractors and vendors to wear face coverings or masks while at the venue or event space.  (We will have some mask available, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own)

 

• Encourage attendees to wear a mask while inside or within six (6) feet of anyone outside of their household.  (We will have some mask available, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own)

 

• Request that those who are sick or have been in the last 24 hours do not enter the event. (We will have a temperature scan available at the registration table)
